For the history.
It took just 4 hours for the debugging ( http://ilkos.github.io/2013/12/19/investigating-a-bug-in-wd-mybook-live/),,) MEANING THAT WD DOES NOT HAVE THE PROPER RESOURCES OR THE INTENSION TO EVALUATE RELATIVELY SIMPLE ISSUES WHICH ARE CAUSED BY THEIR BAD SOFTWARE.
I start wondering if WD PROVIDES CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR WANTS SUPPORT FROM THE CUSTOMERS.
Apart of this, the problem was reported on 20th of December, it is 1st of February and i have no reply from WD, although i requested an update on 14th of January.
I totaly agree that this behaviour degrades company’s reputation.

Before I got the My Cloud (which has gone back to Twonky, and the very latest version(s)), I had purchased a $20 license for twonky myself and ran it on the Duo.
Yeah, shouldn’t have had to, but it was $20 well spent.
