I read through the forums and I think there are solutions to my problem out there but I don’t really understand all of the language. I thought set up to this would be wasy. Anyway, I installed the drive and my computer recognizes it and I can transfer files to it, but when I go the settings through either Chrome or IE, it keeps giving me all of these internal error messages and advises me to contact customer support. I’m trying to set up the remote access and mobile apps, but nothing is working.
Check if you have the latest firmware installed, if that doesn’t work select the option to do a factory restore from the dashboard.
