Hello, I’m trying to back-up my data that stored in MyBook World Edition 500 GB but the ethernet connection lost in every 20 minutes. I cannot transfer the files, 40 GB of my daughter’s photos can be lost. Any suggestions, help please ASAP, regards,

Are you able to send a system log for the drive… within the interface of the drive, goes to advance mode and then click on status and then on system log and copy the first 50 lines to see if I can identify your issue.
