Please help me. MYBOOK schedule will not backup at the proper scheduled times either daily or hourly despite editing the backup schedule. I have to keep on updating manually. If this is a tech help question, please give me a contact name.
You need to make sure that by the time you have the back up scheduled the computer is not be on sleep mode or off, if it is the back up will be skipped
Thank you for that solution but I had tried to do, the backup when my
system was up. I did it with a new time when there was no miscellaneous
activity but it still did not work. I am trying again today set for friday
march 17 at 2:00 a.m. to see if this is the actual case.
I think I found out solution. I tried again and it worked this time. My problem was probably caused when I minimized the screen. I used the close button thinking that I should use it. Itried by using the x and it worked.
