I was wondering if there’s a way to delete individual files from my MyBook. For that matter, is there any way to delete content other than erasing the whole drive?
Hi, you can delete files just like you would from any USB memory, you can right click and delete or drag the files to the trashcan. See the link below for more information.

If you use backup software it may be best to use that to delete the file and prevent potential problems.
