LOVED the MyBook when I first bought it. It used to back up any files that were changes regardless of where they were under the My Documents folder. Now, it will only backup the files directly under the My Documents folder, but not any in subfolders.
I have checked my settings and the settings are set to backup folder under My Documents, but it does not. What is the issue here? My software is also up to date - which I suspect it stopped working after I updated it.
