I recently had to replace my phone. Got a galaxy S8 and reinstalled my apps. Now when I go into the WD app instead of seeing a listing of my two NAS drives (MyBook Live 2TB) I get a screen that asks me to select either a My CLoud, My Passport Wireless, or a My Cloud Home device. I have none of these. How do I access my two MyBook live NAS drives?

While opening of My Cloud Mobile App, you will be asked to sign in using MyCloud.com credentials. If you have already created the MyCloud.com account and enabled the Remote Access from the dashboard of My Book Live, My Cloud Mobile app will automatically detect the registered device and allow to access it.
