MYBook Live

Hi…help needed please

I have a MyBook Live external hard drive which is connected directly into my router. I have lots of films saved on it, I can view and access all of these films on my pc’s, tablet, laptop and mobile phone but I can only view approx. 5% of them on my Smart TV.

I can’t understand why I can only see a small minority of them on my tv despite all of the films being saved in the same format (MP4).

Can anyone suggest a solution.

Try to do a 4 second reset on the device.You can try re-indexing or rebuilding of the media data stored in the My Book Live.
