MyBook Live vs MyBook Studio any differences?

I have the studio for Time Machine backup and other uses. I want to setup a personal cloud and wonder if I can use the Studio or need the Live? Are there any differences, perhaps software, that would require Live?

Out of the two, you can only use the My Book Live as a cloud storage.
