Mybook live transfer speeds

I ha a 1TB drive directly connected to a 100Mb Enet port on my wireless router. When I run a speedtest using a PC on the Wireless G network  I consistently get Upload speeds of 26Mb/sec and download speeds of 7Mb/sec.

Any suggestions on why the upload speed would be so much better than the download speed. OS is Windows 7 , Wireless Router is a Linksys WRV 200

What firmware are you running?
