MYbook Live setup 'There seems to be a problem...' message

Hi,

my previous laptop broke and I’ve got a laptop running Windows VISTA and one running Windows 7 that I’m trying to map to my existing MyBook LIVE (2TB). I can access the dashboard OK and log on and setup shares and users but I’m unable to map a drive as it doesn’t recognise my credentials (even if I use the same ones as in the admin logon). I’ve tried running the set-up software but this comes up with and error:

'there seem to be a problem

we’ve detected that you may not be able to:

x copy files to or from the device

x browse the devices shared folders

x map a shared folder’ 

Has anyone else come across this or have any ideas what to do to get it working?
