MyBook Live - only media device showing

My parents purchased a mybook live network storage device so they could have their own cloud.  The device shows up perfectly on my own computer and my dad’s computer (i.e. we see it on the network as a storage device, a media storage device and as that extra option where we can click it and edit the cloud setup).  My mum’s computer sadly doesn’t show all of this.

My mum has been having issuing the cloud since day one - where as myself and my dad can access it any time we want, my mum previously had to insert the mybook live disc before she could access this. We had a new router installed the other day and now she can’t even do that.  Myself and my dad can still access it fine, but my mum can’t.

The only thing that shows up is the Cloud as a media device.  I’ve tried looking on the internet for some help and I have some light experience with computers myself but I can’t see any issues in the device manager section.  I’ve done a search for new drivers and that also seems to be okay.

I need this sorted ASAP because my mum is the person who needed the cloud the most and at the moment she can’t use it. PLEASE HELP!!!

UPDATE: I’ve just gone in to the My Book Live Discovery and it’s not even picking the device up on there. All it comes up with is a prompt saying I need to plug the device in to the network router and wait for a green light…which is clearly a load of poop because it works fine on every computer other then this one and already is plugged in with the green light showing.

UPDATE 2: I’ve downloaded literally EVERYTHING from this page  http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=902&sid=110 and it still doesn’t work for her.  With the WD My Net Report  it says the following:

It’s obviously not the cloud itself because it seems to work fine on my computer and my dads computer. what the **bleep** is going on.  please please can someone help.

Make sure that all of the computers are part of the same network. Have you tried connecting the my book directly to the computer to see if the same problem happens. You can also use WDlink to find the my book on the network. Check the link below.
