MyBook Live Full - Explorer & Duplicate File Finder Do Not See Drive

I have a 1TB MyBook Live which is full.
I’m trying to use DupeGuru Picture Edition to scan for duplicate files, but it does not see MyBook Live.
I have tried other duplicate file finders, but I am having the same problem.

Even when using Windows File Explorer, MyBook Live is not visible. What can I do to correct this?

NOTE: I installed WD Discovery software, per a comment from a previous post. I “may” have solved this issue??? Only time will tell…
