MyBook fails full WD Utility test

I have a WD MyBook 6Tb from 2016 (MY BOOK 6TB EMEA) that will no longer mount. I ran the WD Drive Utility and it failed the full test. It also failed the SOS test of the Apple’s Disk Utility.

What are my options at this point? any chance to salvage the content or my only option is reformatting?
