MyBook Essential shows up in Device Manager and WD Drive Utilities, but not File Managers - Win 10

P/N WDBACW0010BBK-01 0112b
S/N WCAV5U138988 R/N C3C

Drivers are said to be up to date in Device Manager

WD Drive Utilities runs:
Drive Status Check
Quick Drive Test
And they pass

Trying Windows Explorer and Total Commander and Hard Disk Sentinel, it does not show up as a drive. Tried various USB ports. And I think it works fine on some old PCs with Windows 7. (that was a problem a few years ok  )

Hard Disk Sentinel shows WDC WD10EARS-00Y5B1 (953835 MB) without a drive letter. Disk 2, but that does not match anything.

Your thoughts?

Thanks!
