My 3 TB drive has been operating erratically, and I’ve tried to check it today using the Data Lifeguard program. The program can see the other drives, and even lists the one in question as one of the logical drives in the lower box, but does not list it in the top box as a physical drive. Am I doing something wrong? Yes, I’ve scrolled the entire list - 8 drives are listed and there should be 9.
(As an aside, my newest WD 500 GB SSD shows on the list of physical drives as being not supported, but that’s not a concern at this time.)
There’s another, slightly newer 3 TB MyBook drive that does appear on both lists and tests ok.
