Just got a new W10 computer and connected okay. I see the files on the Mybook drive (under WDsmartdrive) but when I go to retrieve files and go to the category I want to retrieve it shows 0k for all files even though the home screens shows and the actual drives shows that is data in the files.
Uninstalled and reinstalled WD backup and installed latest version of WD smart drive and problem solved.
