I recently purchsased a 2TB Mybook Essential. When I use the software that comes with this it seems that I can only backup data for one user at a time. Is there a way I can backup data for all users? Is there also a way I can select specific files to backup? It seems to determine what files need to be backed up based on the category the file falls under.
I think it can only backup the user that you are currently signed in
try updating to the latest version but I do not see any reference about multiple users backup at the same time
