Hello everyone, i’ve owned th My book essentials fro about 2 weeks now, and am curious how to set it to back up my Program files, as i have several games in there that constantly update files and i’d like to back them up. Thanks for the help!

well, more specifically i was wondering if there is an automatic way to do it rather then constantly dragging and dropping.
