I uploaded it and formated it to start fresh and change the name of the drive. The drive is is showing up as zero space and no files on the drive. if tryed reformating and readding the files everything!

please requet any missing infor thank you

talked to ther support they said i need to format the HDD in Fat 32 file format

but the only options are

NTFS and exFAT

What kind of computer do you have? Formatting to FAT32 has a 4 gig limit for file size.
