All went well but program has great difficulties when I try to retrieve these volumes. It does find the volumes but doesn’t find the files on them…and it takes lots of times trying to find them.
I have already tried booting the MYBook. Whats next?!
Since you divided your hard drive into 2 partitions keep in mind smartware will only back up the C:
maybe thats why you you are missing some files.
