MyBook Duo UI Login Not Working

My MyBook Duo has been periodically recently been going off-line; previous successful UI logins resulted in a constant “initializing” state. To remedy this, I performed a ‘soft’ reset with a 4-sec press of the reset button and/or a press of the reset button while plugging in the power cable. I completed one or both procedures three times with success; on the fourth, I can now no longer access the UI (“Invalid password.”). I still have access via mapped drives, SSH, and the mobile application; just not the UI. Is there a way via SSH that I can reset the UI password? Is there a complete list of SSH commands available for the MyBook Duo?
