MyBook drives Not Showing Up on all PC's in network

I have 2 MyBook external drives

4 PC’s on a home network
same 4 PC’s in homegroup

After a windows 10 update about a month to 6 weeks ago,
the external drives do not show up for one of the PC’s in
the network.

I spent at least 5 hours over the past several days with
various Windows tech support people… nothing that they’ve
done has made any difference. They claim that the issue
has nothing to do with Windows (even though everything
worked perfectly prior to the update) and they have no
idea how to fix this (another tech support person told me
that this is a common issue following Windows updates)

If anyone has any suggestions, I will greatly appreciate it

I access these drives at least a dozen times a day from
each of the computers on homegroup/network.
