Hi all,

I have a an Acer laptop with Win 10 but cannot setup my Ext HD it keeps giving me a message.

I have tried all updates and info, etc, any ideas?

Hello,

I recommend you go to Programs and Features and make sure you uninstall everything related to WD Smartware.
Then you try to install its latest version again.
