Mybook 2 TB stopped working after I had transferred a few files. Went to transfer more files and it told me the files don’t exist. Restarted Laptop and now its telling me Windows does not recognize the device. The Laptop and mybook are both less than a week old. Do I need to reinstall drivers? Can someone please help?

Run the Western Digital DLG tool if possible run zeroes to the drive. This actually happens to me once I was able to fix it writing zeroes to the unit.
