Why does their site say M-F til 9pm CDT, and I call at 7, and closed? I ordered this 10T Mybook drive from B&H weeks ago. It finally arrives. I convert to NTFS, spend 2 days, copying all my photos, videos and music to it as K drive. I back up the music to a J drive. Now nothing can be copied to it, nothing can be deleted on it. K changed to F and the Genie backup of the music shows source as blank… Message said to use chkdisk and nothing changed. Now says it is exFAT. Then I try to use the email help and after clicking submit, it keeps telling me I need to fullfill the security. All there is, is the "not a robot’ which I clicked. I’ve had this less than a week!
