My wdcloud public share's public access is grayed out

my wdcloud public share’s public access is grayed out

 when i try to map network drive it dont show up when i click browse 

and on my tv sometime it show up sometime dont  

is it normal or its something to look into ,its grayed out cannot change it  please see picture enclosed

That’s correct. public share cannot be changed.
