My wdcload is not allowing my users to log in

I set up my cload for the first time and then started adding users and devices and everything was working great then out of no where no one can log on unless the fare logged into my wifi it jsut started happening does anyone know why…please help i am new to this yhank you in advance

Are you sayiny that is they are plugged into a LAN cable it doesn’t work?

And if they are on wifi it is ok?

Any changes to the router? reboot the router
