Dear All,
I’m playing MKV file with subtittle. I found that there is a selection to encode subtittle but in my dismay there’s no selection for English. I found greek, western europe, chinese, japanase, thai and everytime i select a language the subtittle keeps on changing base on what language i selected but unfortunately theres no english. I live here in the Middle East maybe the firmware update has done this issue.
Is there anyone can help me on this?

This is unusual. What happens if you manually select the subtitles to display by pressing the “Options” button during playback?
Who made your MKV? Does it contain an english subtitle? You know, there is no guarantee that the subtitle is labeled correctly in the MKV?
