My WD Sharespace keeps rebuilding the RAID5 then pronounces DataVolume failed

Need some help with this strange scenario.
I recently had to take out my each of my four WD Sharespace disks and reformat them (fill them with zeros) because the dreaded “XML error: no wixnas object found!” message.
Now three times in a row, the rebuilding finishes successfully, and the default DataVolume is created, but after about 30 minutes a red LED starts flashing on the unit and I get the message “DataVolume does not exist” within the logs.
And when I reboot the unit from the System page of the unit’s web URL address, it begins rebuilding the RAID5 again!
Am i missing a step or doing something wrong?
Why does the unit finish rebuilding the RAID5 successfully only to show this failure message 30 minutes after?
I’d post some logs but the ■■■■ thing is rebuilding again as i’m writing this post.
Any help greatly appreciated.
