My WD Passport WDBBEP0010BBK not showing in My Computer

My WD Passport WDBBEP0010BBK not showing in My Computer, The device drive is showing in Device Manager and also Computer Management but in Computer Management, The disk is shown as not initialized. Kindly help. I had tried changing my usb cable and tried in another laptop as well.

You have to initialize the disk from the disk management.

Please follow the link given below in order to initialize the disk.

NOTE: Initializing process is Data Destructive and cannot be undone.

I was not able to initialize my disk since I’m getting “The disk

Yes I had tried in another computer and using another usb cable as well

Thanks Peter, They said the disk needs to be replaced and it’s out of
warranty now
