My WD Passport is not showing up in My Computer and Disc management in control panel as well

Does it have a bluish light on the front? If not, you have no power. If it does, have you unplugged and plugged it into another USB port? If you have done all these, try it on a different computer. If it shows up there, right-click on it, Properties, Tools and click Check Now.
