My WD Passport is listed under File Explorer

I have a WD PASSPORT 1TB that I purchased in February 2016, it was working great until 3 days ago when I plugged it in into a new pc laptop. Now the drive wont appear on the File Explorer, it won’t even work on my MacBook pro that i’ve always used it with. The WD DOES show under device management and all drives show as up-to-date.
I tried running the tests on the WD website but everyone of them failed, I even tried to erase it and it gives me an error too.

Can anyone help me getting the files thst I have on it?

Even if you got an error message, attempting to erase the unit may have compromised the data within.

I’d recommend contacting a professional data recovery service company on this case.
