And its showing like if its a CD .
According to the message, you are having an I/O error (Imput/Output).
As a recommendation, check the physical connections on the drive and the computer and test the unit on a different computer and if possible with a different USB cable.

I tryed it on my Laptop and my desktop.
It was working couple of days ago .
I was backing up my laptop so i can restart it .
Then once I was try to transfer my file’s to my Drive from my desktop , the hard drive wasnt showing up .
So i try it on my laptop on the 3.0 an 2.0 Ports and nothing .
It was showing on the use USB management “My Passport” .
But I will see if it works.
