I’m desperately in need of your help!
I have several external HDDs and various brands and sizes (1tb, 2tb, 3tb, 4tb and 5tb). All my HDs (Except Samsung), are formatted with ExFAT and always worked without any problem. But on this Thursday (08/30/2018), I was stuck my Western Digital that I have been using for more than a year and it gave the following message: “The disk you inserted could not be read by this computer” according to the images below that I captured I’ve tried everything I know and so far nothing. I have already tried to check for Windows and nothing.
WHAT DO I DO NOW!!! I’M DESPERATE!!!
I have 1TB of important files and backups that are indispensable.
If I format it and do not copy anything to it, can I recover my files?
HELP ME PLEASE!!!
