This device has been working fine for years. Now it starts a backup but doesn’t finish. I’ve tried rebooting the drive and my PC to no avail. I ran the WD diagnostics and got no errors. I tried deleting and recreating the backup schedule but still not working. Also downloaded the latest firmware. What else can I try???
I’m having the same problem here. Would be great if WD could answer!
