My WD internal hard disk crashed

My Western Digital hard disk that came as a part of my laptop got crashed and am unable to claim the warranty though it’s still covered in warranty.
The laptop is of Acer make and I bought it in Singapore in December 2018. Now, due to this pandemic, im not able to travel to Singapore to claim the warranty.
I got no luck in contacting both Acer and WD customer care as both say I have to contact place of purchase, which is Singapore.
My daily work has been completely hampered as I’m not able to use the laptop anymore.
P.s. my case id as registered with Western Digital is 200928001813
Can anyone help me with how to proceed now? Or provide any suggestions how to claim the replacement of the same ?
