I have 2 WD Passport external hard disks. One of them is functioning as per normal while the other seems to not be right. Just now I try to plug it to my laptop, it appears to be freezing. It doesn’t show the normal MY Passport and the Volume letter, but instead it shows local hard disk. I tried to open the Disk Management, but it seems to be loading forever. In addition, whenever I try to right click on it, it always seems to be loading forever. What can I do to solve this problem?
