My WD Mybook Esential keeps restarting aevery 1-2 seconds and i can’t access it at all. I’ve been using it for a while and there was no problem so i don’t think it is a power problem. I tried connecting in another usb port, tried a different cable, tried connecting it to a different computer but the problem persists. Any suggestions?
Try calling tech support and get a replacement power supply.
