My WD Drive is 99.99% FULL

My WD 1TB Drive is 100% full. How can that happen if the drive being backup is Only 500GB. I am running continuous backup on my Laptop (DELL Latitude E6230) and the File History I set was 1. It has stopped updating the files (Back-Up), and it¡s showing 798GB for ADDITIONAL FILES, and FREE SPACE of only 70MB How can I solve the problem??

Hi Mervin53, welcome to the Community. “ADDITIONAL FILES” are the files that are outside the Smartware backup folder. If you explore the Drive you should be able to see a folder called smartware.swstor, anything outside of this folder was copied manually or by another program.
