I don’t know how it’s been amazing… I bought a new SSD in Dec., and it crashed in March. It’s now MAY and I have not gotten a drive back. Who in the hell can be so long w/o a computer??? For being a computer company, you’d think they were more competent and not giving the SAME canned reply every time, I try to check on the status, whey they say they cannot give. Unbelievable. I think they were hacked and won’t admit it. This is my 2nd go around with them with a defective drive and each time has been just as bad. How can I say they make a good product when in 3 months it breaks down, and over a month and no replacement? In my eyes the product AND the customer service were worthless.
I have now filed a complaint with the BBB
