MY WD_BLACK SN850X cant reach max speed

Hello, i just bought a WD_BLACK SN850X 2To but as you can see below i cant reach the max speed of the drive.

I plugged it on my msi b550 gaming plus on the pcie 4.0 slot.
its supposed to be up to 7300 MB/s writte and read but look crystaldisk :

i’ve tried to check on wd dashboard as recommended by people on forums to see if any issues would show up heres is what
i get (nothing) :

In my Bios i looked and pcie 4.0 is enabled i dont know what more to do.

My config is
Ryzen 7 3700x
32Go Ram 3600
Rtx 3080
MPG B550 GAMING PLUS
Win10

I dont know if this could be an issue but a second M.2 1to is plugged in my second slot witch is only 3.0

Hi @Mike-Daunald ,

Hello,

We recommend you kindly refer to the following KBA article (Drive Performance Speed and Benchmarking)

Try changing the drives around and compare then again. I’ve had my share of problems with it and so have others. It’s very likely that your drive is for some reason stuck in two lanes of Gen 4.0 only, like it was in my case. See how it does on 3.0 and then try switching back.
