My external has all of my music and software on it which i am in need of. my itunes still works, so the files are still there but i cannot access anything. when i click onto the drive there are two faded folders titled ‘$AVG’ and ‘RECYCLER’ both are empty. the folders are NOT hidden, i have check multiple times. can anyone please help?
