whart do you mean by “previewed”?

Most of the times, the issues are with the TVs not supporting the video format and codecs used to create the file. Check yout TV model to make sure it supports MOV files.

Thanks. the TV surpport *.mov format,because it can play it when I used twonky before long. but when I use WD dlna, it cannot play *.mov format. preview means there is a photo on the mov file, but when I play,it shows "the format cannot be surported.
