My thunderbolt duo 8tb drives don't appear in WD drive utilites

After installing osx update 10.8.5, 

My thunderbolt duo 8tb drives don’t appear in WD drive utilites.

Using system profile tools and disk utilites of mac, i comfirm thunderbolt devices/SATA devices work correctly.

Drives in thuderbolt duo are mounted on the file system correctly ( JBOD configuration).

But, WD drive utilites says “no drives attached”.

What is problem?

Yes, see my last post(s)… You are not alone… Hopefully update coming… Same result in Mac OS X Mavericks…
