My Sony TVs suddenly cant see content

I have 2 somy bravia tvs which I use to watch video and listen to music. Worked fine as recently as Tues evening but on Wed both TVs can no longer see any of the files on the mycloud. All files were previously visible and operating. I’ve tried rebooting both cloud and tvs to no avail. All files still visible from the mycloud app on ipad, pc or phone. Anyone else have recent problems with Bravia TVs…wondering if a firmware update from Sony may have restricted access.

Same thing happened to me with a Samsung TV connected via LAN. I reinstalled the LAN connection on the TV and it fixed the issue.

Yes - I gave up a while ago trying to make use of the abysmal networking implementation of my Sony Bravia. Completely unpredictable and not worth bothering with IMO.
