My SN850 has a slow power-on hours count

On November 29 I installed a brand-new WD Black SN850 1TB on my always-on PC. I never turned off my computer except briefly a few times. I noticed however that the power-on hours from SMART attributes count is increasing slower than it should. This means that even though I’ve had the SSD always on for more than a week (24 * 7 = 168 hours), the count is still at 105 hours as of writing.

The rate is slower than real-time but not constant. Today it has roughly increased by one unit every 75 minutes or so.

Have other users observed this issue? My firmware is the latest installed (614900WD), power management is disabled (Gaming Mode = on) and I changed the SSD to 4K logical sectors with nvme-cli tools from Linux, although I normally use Windows 11.
