I discovered that there was a feature you can take a snap shot of a scene you like but when I look at it it’s all in black or it looks blank. Is there something wrong with my TVHub or is there something I’m overlooking?

Taking Screenshots of Movies/Videos ‘Playing’ is Not Supported.
You can only take ‘Working’ Screenshots of the ‘Interface’ aka Theme. (excluding Preview Browse… Preview Window will be Black)

How do you take a screenshot?
Goto SETUP > OPERATION > REMOTE SETTINGS > SELECT A BUTTON
eg. A B C or D etc…
Press “OK” Button on your Remote
Scroll down the List to Find the Screenshot Option
Press “OK” Button on your Remote
You have now Assigned the Screenshot Function to a Button on Your Remote Control.
