hi i requested an RMA for a faulty Hard drive RMA [deleted]

i checked the tracking and that you had received it on the 13th of january

i have been checking the status and its still saying waiting to recieve the product

2 weeks have passed now and i am very concerned ??

i cant find the receipt for the postage anymore
