My registered hard drive not showing in the list after RMA

I registered my WD Passport hard drive on the site last month and created an RMA but have not sent it yet.

I logged in today and can’t find the drive in the REGISTERED items list. When I try to re-register it, I get a pop-up saying the drive may be an OEM product or its warranty may b void. But I checked and its still showing that the product is under warranty.
Kindly suggest how to resolve this issue.
